About Us

The beer nugget was crafted by well-practiced hands in DeKalb, Illinois, best servicing the people of Northern Illinois University. One of the originals was a Pizza Villa production, delivered via “Nugget-Truck” to my dorm at Douglas Hall at NIU.

The beer nugget appetizer is sharable, typically dipped in pizza sauce, and creatively styled around the country. There is no beer in the original recipe.
